The Kansans Can Competency Framework offers a process for developing career-ready, lifelong learners who are socially and emotionally engaged. By focusing on both intrapersonal and interpersonal competencies, schools implement collaborative practices and data-informed instruction to enhance student confidence and connections. In partnership with the Kansas State Department of Education, trained educators provide professional learning that strengthens implementation and sustains impact statewide.
